Refund & Store Policies

There are no refunds or exchanges all sales are final. If the product arrives with damaged or missing pieces please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order to report the damages. 

Please allow 3-7 business days for the order to be processed and shipped. A shipping confirmation email will go out with tracking information at the time of shipping. 

If packages are lost in transit the customer is responsible for filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
